Our Team
Our experienced and dedicated staff maintain retirement plan administration and consulting credentials. As a result of the associated continuing education requirements, our staff continues to stay up-to-date and current on the issues of the day. Additionally, we have several certified Enrolled Retirement Plan Agents (ERPA) on staff, who are able to represent our clients before the IRS in the event of a plan audit or negotiations to correct plan errors. In the unlikely event that a client needs legal representation before the IRS or Department of Labor, we have strong relationships with attorneys in the Phoenix area and nationally who specialize in Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) matters and who can assist when attorney-client privilege is required.
